This time last year several groups of Cranford Teens took part in a charity event.
Many of these teens sit on the Cranford Teen Advisory Board. It is the goal of the TAB to work in conjunction with the Cranford Recreation Department to plan activities for Cranford teenagers. TAB members had a memorable time last year and they decided to try to it again this year as a TAB activity open to all Cranford residents.

Cranford Public Library plans to honor Abraham Lincoln’s bicentennial in a special way by collecting Lincoln Pennies for Peace.
During February and March library patrons are encouraged to donate their pennies, which will be collected at the library’s main desk. The Cranford boys’ and girls’ basketball teams are on a roll heading into play for the week of Monday, Jan. 25.
The boys’ are 7-3 and have won five straight leading into Tuesday’s 4 p.m. Union County Conference-Mountain Division home game against Hillside.
Cranford is 6-0 and in first place in the Mountain Division standings.
Hillside, as of Saturday, Jan. 23, stood at 6-7 overall and 3-4 in the Mountain Division.
